The postpartum period is a time of many physical and emotional readjustments. During pregnancy, labour and birth, a person’s body has gone through a significant amount of change. Massage therapy can help encourage an individual’s body to return to it’s pre-pregnancy state and aid in relief of stress.

Babies are welcome!

Please feel free to bring your baby with you to the clinic if you are not yet ready or able to be apart. You can bring a caregiver with you, or baby can join you on the table. If baby needs to feed, we can still continue with the massage.  Breast holes can be removed to ensure comfort while laying face down.

Some parents prefer to rock baby in the car seat, others may prefer to be seated and breast/chest feed baby during the massage.  Our therapists understand that baby's needs change and we are more than willing to be flexible.
