All rates include GST and are in accordance with the Registered Massage Therapy Association of BC Fee Schedule. All of our RMTs at Wild Coast Wellness are registered, in good standing with the CMTBC and are covered by most extended health plans.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with Wild Coast Wellness, that time is reserved just for you.  We understand that unexpected events happen and you may need to cancel your appointment.

 In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call or cancel your appointment with your provider as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

  • More than 24 hours notice: no charge for cancelling your appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the massage therapy fee or voidance of gift certificates.

  • No shows or subsequent late cancellations: 100% of the massage therapy fee or voidance of gift certificates.

  • Cancellation fees cannot be direct billed to extended health insurance.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment and it’s less than 24 hours notice, you are welcome to send a friend, co-worker, family member, partner or neighbour in your place. If the spot fills, we will waive the fee.

This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our patients in need of treatment. Thank you for your understanding.

Late Arrival

In our effort to make your visit more comfortable and provide you with the most effective treatment, our clinic has implemented a late arrival policy. Should you arrive late you will receive the remaining time allocated to your scheduled appointment; however, you will be billed the full amount of the appointment duration you have reserved.

This is to ensure that patients coming in after you do not have to wait for their reserved time. We will try to accommodate late-comers to the best of our ability, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to others.

New patients are asked to fill out the Massage Therapy Intake Form online beforehand.

When you arrive for your first appointment, please bring in your insurance card and doctor’s note (where applicable).

We do not bill to WCB, MSP or ICBC.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit, E-transfer, cash or cheque are accepted payment options. Please note: we do not accept regular debit (debit card must be a Visa Debit).  E-transfers can be sent to katie@wildcoastwellness.com.
